Your initial visit is an opportunity for your voice and thoughts to be heard – and most importantly, be deeply understood by an experienced professional.
It’s a time to talk about everything that has been bothering you, holding you back, as well as all the barriers and challenges you’ve faced in your life. We talk about once here then get on with helping you with a plan for recovery.
We explore everything from your
- Medical history, conditions
- Signs and symptoms
- Upbringing and Past experiences
- Family life
- Work life, and more.
By the end of your first session, you will have a thorough understanding of how these things are connected and where your current challenges are stemming from. You’ll have a clearly mapped strategic therapy plan on how to move forward.
We call these your therapy KPI’s and will measure your progress throughout your program. Many feel a huge sense of relief, knowing that something real and actionable can be done to address their challenges.
